$45.00 Per Month Straight Talk Unlimited Talk Text Web

Are you tired of being nickeled-and-dimed by your cell phone provider? Seems like every time you turn around, they're adding another fee, enacting new usage limits, or charging you for mandatory "packages" that you don't want or need. Perhaps it's time to check out Walmart's Straight Talk.

Straight Talk is a prepaid wireless service provided by TracFone Wireless, Inc. You've probably seen their display at Walmart. Straight Talk services are sold at Walmart and online at StraightTalk.com.

There are two tiers of service, both at very reasonable prices: $30 gets you 1,000 voice minutes, 1,000 texts, and 30MB of mobile web access over a 30 day period. For $45, you receive unlimited talk, text, and data, again over a 30 day period. Both of these plans are easy to understand and afford. You don't need to purchase an extra data package or plan in order to use your Smartphone on the Straight Talk service.

Straight Talk advertises "Nationwide Coverage on one of America's Best Networks." Officially, they won't tell you which network they use. But if you look closely at the coverage map and the wording used in their promotional literature, it's VERY similar to that used by one of the 'Big 3' national providers.

An unlimited plan with data with the major national carriers will run you about $90 per month + taxes. At $45, Straight Talk is half as much with no contract and no activation fees to boot. Walmart is currently running a package promotion where some phones are FREE when purchased with a 1 month service card. At this price, it's hard to turn down. Give Walmart's Straight Talk a try and start saving money!
